Dr. nasr personally called my wife back as soon as he was available and scheduled an emergency appointment for the very next day! I went for a first (exploratory) appt. All the staff was great and provided an ecellent service. Dr. Flavio explained in detail the procedures I needed, its importance, and how I can keep improving my hygiene from home. Having pictures of my mouth taken also helped a lot to see and understand better what I needed. At the end, having someone explaining the costs of my future procedures session by session, highlighting what is covered by insurance and what I needed to pay was great help as well.

I arrived almost 1/2 hour early for my appointment. I immediately felt comfortable vis-a-vis COVID-19 as everyone inside the new and modern office suite, was wearing a mask or full body pipe. I was asked to sanitize my hands at the convenient placed in the waiting area. Dr. Nasr was prompt, friendly, an informative. I completely understood the plan for my on-going dental plan. I left feeling good and optimistic about my dental future.

I've been with Dr Nasr for over 15 years and plan to stay with him as long as he is in practice. He and his staff have calmed me away from my dentist phobia and Dr. Nasr has NO problem with questions or comments - always answering them calmly and completely. He keeps up with today's fast paced technology and offers it in his practice, but is not put off with a "no, not this time" reply. Kathrine is a thorough hygienist and gives me kudos when I follow good practice of daily cleanings. The tech assistants are all most kind and even laugh at my bad jokes. There has been turnover recently in front office staff, but the new staff is most accommodating dating and very nice. My only recommended improvement -people just need to wear name tags since I have bad memory for names and-if I'm lucky and have only twice a year cleanings- I forget names between visits! A superb dentist practice.

I had a wonderful experience, as always at Dr. Nasr’s Office. The staff was courteous and the dental tech was great (I’m sorry I forgot her name but her office is just to the left as you walk in. I had Tati last time and she’s my favorite. She’s really gentle, which is important and very friendly with a warm disposition. I do have two recommendations: Brianna is very nice as well but needs to work in her technique - she can be a bit rough when handling teeth equipment, performing x-rays or conducting the cleanings. Second, I have found serene pictures of nature within the exam rooms relaxing. I notice that Dr. Nasr’s off does not have these (bathroom does though)! It can be a bit nerve wracking getting your teeth drilled and interesting nature pictures are always fun and calming (my last dentist had them and I found them to work). Overall, great practice and staff!

Every single person at this office is a delight to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and they really go above and beyond. I learned more about my dental health in one appointment here than I have in a lifetime's worth of visits with dentists in the past. I won't go anywhere else!
They did it again!! I went for my 6 month cleaning and Katherine and Dr. Nasir took care of me like they always do. It’s always such a pleasure going to the dentist, well Dr.Nasir’s office to be specific. I’ve been using my Sonicare toothbrush and it made my visit quick, easy and positive. I showed up at Dr. Nasr's office when my former dentist retired. I discovered I needed a lot of dental work to make my oral health a lot better (rather than just adequate). I got an assessment, then met with Mrs. Nasr and a staffer who reviewed my dental insurance coverage and what the total procedure would cost. (Everyone on staff, for the record, is tremendously friendly and competent. They all actually seem to enjoy seeing patients!) Another item of note: The office obviously seems patients NOT independently wealthy. There are early-morning and late-afternoon hours so patients don't have to take off work.
